Gianluca and Alessandra Morrone have established Luca Ristorante Italiano as one of the finest restaurants in Fairfield County. Luca was born in Lecce, Puglia, a town situated in the heel of the Italian boot. He went to hotel school in Formia and then honed his culinary skills in restaurants throughout Italy. In 1996 Luca and Sandra moved to the United States from Italy. They worked for others in the restaurant business until 2003 when they opened Luca Ristorante Italiano.
The warm ambience, extraordinary service, quality food and fine wines have set Luca Ristorante Italiano above all the others. Luca and Sandra affectionately greet all customers, setting the stage for an immensely satisfying and pleasurable experience during each visit. The intimate dining room of soothing gold tones and clean lines illuminated with soft glowing halogen lights provides a very comfortable and beautiful setting for the presentation of exquisite Italian cuisine. Patio dining during the summer months is an added treat.
Luca’s energy and dedication are infectious and uplifting and he has created a loyal following of customers. Sandra makes delicious homemade pastas and desserts daily. . The seasonal menu along with a variety of daily specials, allow each diner to participate in a true Italian culinary experience. The extensive wine list features vintages from all regions of Italy.
